Impact Global Health Solutions was founded with the belief that global health can be strengthened through local action. With a particular focus on low-resource environments, Impact Global Health Solutions aims to provide organisations with services to enhance the provision of services and enable capacity- and capability-building in the areas of public health, health promotion and primary health care to improve health outcomes within their communities.

Located in Townsville, Queensland, Impact Global Health Solutions can assist your organisation no matter where you are in Australia or around the globe.

Sarah Glendon is the founder and Principal Consultant at Impact Global Health Solutions.

With 20 years' experience within the health sector in both clinical and leadership positions, Sarah is passionate about preventative health, particularly in low-resource environments. An enrolled nurse, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Health Promotion with Distinction and a Master of International Public Health with Excellence. 

Sarah has spent the past 12 years working within the primary healthcare sector predominantly in the areas of sexual health, maternal and child health, older persons health, palliative care, digital health, and refugee health. Sarah is highly experienced in all facets of commissioning both clinical services and projects, contract management, project management and program management. 

Sarah is a Casual Academic at James Cook University for the College of Public Health, Medical and Veterinary Sciences, in the disciplines of public health and health promotion. Sarah is also a member on several committees including the Program Strategy Committee of Australian Doctors International (ADI) to support access to health services and programs for rural and remote communities in Papua New Guinea; and Australia - Source Support Connect (AUS-SSC) supporting the delivery of primary health clinics in rural and remote communities in Cambodia.  

Sarah has also volunteered in both enrolled nurse and health promotion roles in the rural and remote communities in and surrounding Odede, Kenya and annually in Battambang Province, Cambodia.
